There is so much information out there and different versions of healthy diets. As a nutritionist my role is not to judge you for your dietary choices but to make sure you are eating food that best suits your unique requirements for each stage of your life.

Food first is my motto but I will use supplements often in the short term to help bridge any nutritional gaps or deficiencies. This is to achieve a therapeutic dose of a nutrient as per research on your health condition.

After only a few months of having consultations with Laura I was a different person. I felt re-energised, more positive and I haven’t had any hives since.
